So why did I start this site?

I was bored and wanted to make a website that hosts some of these old emoticons or "smileys" you may've saw in those internet forums from back then. I used Neocities because I can't afford a server room and I don't want to keep a close watch on the site like I'm a hawk. This was my result after learning basic HTML.

I reserve no rights to the emoticons and distribute them all under only their original licenses. The website itself is licensed under the CC BY 3.0 BR license. All rights to some of the emoticons are likely reserved so be careful using them.
